How does the process work?

After we have successfully received and processed your application you will be invited to attend an orientation session at your local EMBERS Staffing branch. Once you have completed the orientation and have met any job-specific requirements you are ready to start work! A Staffing Specialist will let you know of the opportunities.

When you need extra support

We are proud to offer a Worker Support Program after at least five shifts of work.

The program is designed to provide you with the extra support you may need to reach your career goals. Services include help with access to community resources, counselling, housing search support, transportation help and more.
